"I would have given this a higher rating but my son and daughter went to front desk and asked for a few more wash clothes and hand towels and they waited a bit then were told they would be delivered to our room as soon as another clerk was at the front desk. Well we never received them. We ended up washing our face using a bath towel!!! Not that it’s a huge deal but this sort of thing ALWAYS irritates me when they do not put enough face clothes, hand towels and bath towels in the room when there...

"We arrived on the train which was running 3 hours late, so it was after midnight by the time we got to the hotel. We were so glad they were staffed at night! It was an easy check in. We walked from the train station to the hotel and even though it was the middle of the night we never felt unsafe. "

"Really enjoyed the vibe as soon as you walked in. Everyone was welcoming, we had everything we needed with the General Store and bar/restaurant. Room was appointed well, shower was indulgent and hot tub was perfect for our snowy day. Would be my #1 choice next time in Flagstaff."

"The property is under VOCO name, a little hard to see from the street cause it is under remodelation, no breakfast as advertised. Besides that everything is fine, rooms very clean and modern decor with everything you need for a nice stay."

"This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food. "
