"Property had a nice feel with the decor. Great view. Perfect distance to downtown for walking. Parking was always available and convenient. Also, close to some nice bakeries and park. Nice comfortable bed. It was pretty quiet considering the location and the other tenants. "

"Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!"

"We spent 4 great nights in this immaculate jelly bean home with every amenity you need including a bbq. The bed was large and comfy, towels were thick and fluffy and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware etc including some spices. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. There was always a spot for parking and the home is close to everything in the area. The bathroom is in the basement; being in our 70's, we had no problem but something for others to consider. "The accommodations were modern and updated and very clean. The rental is centrally located near downtown. The AC on the second level was not working during our stay which meant opening windows to cool that level. The road noise outside can be loud at times which made sleeping a little challenging. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this rental."
