We had the best experience at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, the hotel looks simple from the outside, but is really nice inside and it gives London vibes! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The front desk attendants were nice and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the city. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to public transportation, depending on which station you need to get to. The walks around the hotel were peaceful, quiet, and felt really safe. There are small convenience stores nearby for anything you might need in the middle of the night. There is an elevator so it’s easy to go back and forth from the higher floor levels. But it’s also nice to walk down the beautiful stairs! The breakfast is good as well. We’ll gladly come back and we recommend this hotel.

Great location, Victoria station is a 3 minute walk!

The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob. The best part of our stay was interacting with the kind staff, especially Peter and Lenka. We needed assistance with the radiators, and with finding a special sized box to carry an awkwardly shaped item home. They went above and beyond trying to help us find one, and succeeded in doing so. They followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and they made sure we felt we were well taken care of. Thank you Lenka and Peter!

Staff was very helpful

It was an amazing place to stay in the heart of London. The rooms and bathrooms were so specious and staff were so wonderful and helpful. Two thumbs up!
