"Fantastic stay and kindly upgraded to a suite. Great hotel with excellent facilities. Nicely decorated and clean, modern room. Excellent location for exploring Cardiff or for an evening at the arena. Quiet room and comfy bed. Only complaint was that the bar area was cold in the evening"

"Excellent hotel. Really nice room. Amazing staff and brilliant central location. Only down side was we didn't have a real window in our room, due to it being an internal one. As it was only for one night this wasn't a huge issue and didn't effect the pleasant atmosphere of the room. Great breakfast, with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Stayed 1 night as we were going to a concert in the Utilitia which, was only a 5 min walk away. Can’t fault the hotel it was perfect - Browns bar and restaurant attached was an added bonus. Breakfast excellent, staff helpful and relaxed. Car parking also perfect."

"Excellent hotel with very good service. The decor is lovely in the shared areas. In the rooms, they are very clean but a tiny bit dated. This is reflected in the price, which for the location and amenities cannot be beaten in central Cardiff. Also, the WiFi is great."
