Welcome to the high-quality holiday apartment "Atrium", where life in Flensburg couldn't be more central. Just a few steps from the front door are the lively Südermarkt and the picturesque Rote Straße, one of the most beautiful shopping streets in the border town. This comfortable 103 square meter holiday apartment offers upscale amenities with three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of six guests. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with high-quality box spring beds.

The luxurious apartment not only scores points with a small balcony, but also with a modern bathroom including a floor-level shower, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and, as a special highlight, a spacious and comfortable living-kitchen area. For longer stays, our guests have access to an exclusive washing machine and dryer.

The weekly market at Südermarkt (every Wednesday and Saturday) is right next door, and within a few minutes' walk you can reach not only the pedestrian zone with numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities, but also the city theater, the Hafenspitze and the Deutsches Haus, one of the central event locations in Flensburg.

Wir hatten einen prima Aufenthalt. Einzig die Beschreibungen in der digitalen Gästemappe könnten etwas genauer und zentralisierter sein (beim Parkplatz etwas genauer herausstellen (z.B. in Rot), dass die Tiefgarage ein Haus weiter ist; der Müllplatz ist beschrieben, dass er in der digitalen Gästemappe erklärt sei, dort steht allerdings nichts dazu, sondern es hängt eine Beschreibung an der Wohnungstür; Telefonnummer und Email Adresse der Eigentümerin auf Flyer in der Wohnung nicht mehr aktuell). Ansonsten super Service und tolle, saubere Wohnung...

Toller Aufenthalt in außerordentlich schöner Fewo
Wir haben sehr positive Erfahrungen mit der Ferienwohnung Atrium gemacht. Die Fewo ist modern, sauber, zentral gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigen könnte. Sie bietet mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz und bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten. Lediglich die Lichtsituation im Küchen-/Wohnzimmerbereich könnte noch etwas optimiert werden und die Tiefgaragenplätze sind relativ eng. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl im "Atrium" gefühlt und empfehlen die Fewo wärmstens weiter.
