We had a fabulous time. As we have never been to all inclusive before and we choose half board it did take me a couple of days to get my head around a couple of issues, mainly having to pay for water and coffee after breakfast. Overall a wonderful stay. Rooms are beautiful, every room has a view of the sea. As a buffet goes the food was good to very good some nights and plenty of variety.

Only gave 4 stars as we thought the food quality was not as good as last year when we visited Good points Great staff and the hotel is doing some renovation would stay here again the local area is nice good choice of restaurants With a bit of effort this hotel could be 5 star

We loved our stay at Villas Caroline. We visited for our friend’s wedding on the beach, which was beautifully organised by the hotel. Our room was a welcome cool temperature from the heat outside. The balcony overlooking the sunset was a great way to spend our evenings. Staff were always happy to help, whether it be food requirements, taxi booking or spa services, any request we had they were happy to help. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island.

Unfriendly reception and staff at the bar without any know-how in making cocktails. Good breakfast with lovely waiters and cooks, who bring everything you ask for even if it is not on the buffet. Dinner for 40,-€ is much overprized. Nice rooms, but old matraces and furniture is old.

Rooster in garden makes a homely feel together with sound of ocean. Beach chairs and umbrellas just a step down from room we were in. Open restaurant. Is pleasant looking out over activity of boats taking out tour groups or and the sunset. Bathroom condition is tired and no towel rails. Supermarket close by which is handy as there is fridge, kettle and 4 burner hot plate but no supplies or water. There are some nice restaurants and some clothing and boat tour shops very close. P

Honest opinion

The room is comparatively small. No drinking water bottles, tea/coffee amenities in the room as other similar hotels. Bed in not comfortable and sound emitted squeaky. Bath facility very cramped-up. Breakfast was good. Staff is courteous. Hassle free check in and check out. Beach area is clean and enjoyable.

Pros: safe parking. The hotel is in front of the beach. Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Good beds. Cons: no wifi in rooms. Need to be outside in the lobby area to get wifi. Rooms needs updating. Some rooms have no safe. During our stay the room next door was being renovated. There were loud noises and dust. When we notified management we were promptly moved to another room. Overall this is a good place to stay if you want a beachfront and safe car park. The staff are really good. I would recommend this hotel as it is good value for money. Will definitely use Villas Caroline again.

L hôtel est très bien placé et les chambres sont très agréables mais j ai eu beaucoup de mal a obtenir des réponses a mes questions par mail. Je n ai pas eu de chambre à l étage comme demandé et les travaux réalisés a l'hôtel pendant mon séjour ont troublé la quiétude de la plage.

Bonjour, L’hôtel Villas Caroline est vieillissant. Mais ce qui m’a vraiment déçu dans cet hébergement est le niveau de propreté médiocre. À l’arrivée nous avons remarqué que le mur des toilettes de notre chambre était sale et moucheté de petites taches marrons, appétissant ! Le pommeaux de la douche était pleins de moisissures tout comme les joints de celle-ci. Portes et meubles avec peintures complètement écaillée, c’est défraîchi. Lavabo fendu puis recollé avec du joint qui déborde de partout. Que l’hôtel ne soit pas tout neuf ce n’est pas grave par contre les négligences sur l’entretien ce n’est pas pardonnable. Nous avions pris la demi pension et le buffet du soir n’est vraiment pas terrible, nous avions de meilleur souvenir de la cantine à l’école (plat avec des morceaux pauvres de viande, riz et légumes bouillis, dessert en conserve, pains secs). Le midi nous avons commandé des burgers, 40 min d’attente pour avoir des frittes froides. Personnels du restau pas très vif pour nous servir quand on voulait des boissons et de l’eau. On sent bien que le management tire sur les marges. Ce ne serait pas admissible de proposer cela en France. Si vous pouvez dépenser quelques euros de plus allez ailleurs. Par contre la jeune femme du centre esthétique est gentille, j’ai fais une manucure et pédicure au prix de la France rien à redire. J’aurais voulu pouvoir poster des photos pour illustrer mon propos mais pas possible.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und direkt am Strand, wir haben uns dort sehr sicher gefühlt, zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, sowie eine Bus Station. freundliches Personal. Schöner sauberer Pool. Wir würden wieder kommen. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Toll wäre es wenn das Personal die Getränke am Tisch aufnimmt das steigert den Umsatz. Abraten würden wir von der hauseigenen inseltour viel zu teuer und sehr schlecht gemacht.

Les : Tous les appartements donnent sur la mer avec une terrasse individuelle. Chambre spacieuse avec climatisation. Ménage fait tous les jours. Personnel du restaurant très sympathique. Buffets biens garnis et bons. Fontaine à eau pour remplir sa bouteille. Une très grande plage avec transat et parasol. Prêt de serviettes de plage. Les - : trop de gâteaux en desserts. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, uniquement au bar ou au restaurant. L'accueil du personnel de réception qui n'est pas arrangeant. Avion de nuit qui arrive à 6h30, suivi de 2h30 de route sous une pluie battante pour rejoindre l'hôtel. La chambre n'était pas encore prête mais le personnel aurait pu nous autoriser à déjeuner. Comme le all inclusive débutait à 14h00, nous n'avions pas droit à un repas. Attente dans l'hôtel car temps exécrable ce jour là. Heureusement, nous avons rencontré un couple qui nous offert un verre et qui se proposait de nous rapporter à manger.

Schöne Anlage vor allem Strand mit Sonnenliegen und Schirm. Standardzimmer sehr klein, kein Platz für 2 Koffer und Kleiderschrank steht im Bad. Frühstück ist insgesamt ausreichend, aber französisches Gebäck ist nicht original wie in anderen Hotels gewohnt. Personal teilweise überfordert, nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und unser Gefühl nicht gästeorientiert. Mehrere Hähne laufen in der Anlage herum, pünktlicher Weckruf zum Sonnenaufgang.

Prima ligging aan prachtig strand met voldoende bedjes, snorkel kajak faciliteiten. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd hetgeen voor 150 euro per nacht teveel is. Wel met zeezicht en zitje en wel schoon airco roomservice etc.
