The room #[40 was disgusting. Our feet literally stuck to the floors there was missing outlet cover, wires hanging out of the heating and cooling unit dirty lampshades dirty walls. The unit needs painting the tile is so dirty in the bathroom. I doubt it would come clean and it’s just overall disgusting.

The first two rooms were not ready (bed not made), the third room did not have a chair, the desk light was not working, several electrical outlets were not working, the iron was not working, two cockroaches in the bathtub. Never going to stay there again!

Room was ok, considering the cost. Clean, comfortable. The Service was terrible. When checking in, they refused to open the door to allow us in out of the bitter cold evening. Instead made us stand outside behind 2” of bullet proof glass and speaking only softly through a small tray opening. She worked slowly, prolonging the check in process.

Even tho it is a pet friendly motel, it had no lawn area & i presumed that they shared an area with the place next door. The room was nice, but i had reserved a king & was given 2 queens. It was very clean & the front desk wmployee was very efficient. The price per pet was very reasonable.

The room was a bit dirty, the pillows were horrible. It felt like lumps of fuzz in a case. Sheets also looked old and dingy. Staff was a solo person doing everything from check in to breakfast and taking out trash. Despite all of that she had a positive attitude, was friendly and helpful. Someone ran into the bumper of a car parked close to us and apparently left . Leaving the owner of the damaged vehicle to figure it out. So park at your own risk!
