Lovely weekend in Florence for my husband’s birthday. Staff at the hotel were very attentive to him. Good central location and decent breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and a nice large bathroom. Only gripe was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and we do like a cup of tea on waking.

Great property conveniently located. We had a family of four and booked the family suite, which included two floors connected by stairs with a king bed on each floor. Check in was easy and the breakfast served in the morning was very good with great service. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!

Good breakfast options. Can be enhances with better quality bread (sourdough? Wholemeal?) limited egg options. But friendly staff made all the difference. On front desk Silvador, Patrick and Siddeeq were wonderful. And reliable. We came back to the hotel a second time due to the good nature of staff.

Staff was very kind and friendly. My only concern which was extremely concerning..was they arranged to clean out their biological box (aka septic) in the middle of the night and I awoke to horrific fumes which was located below my room window.
