Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

My only issue was the shower which regardless how was used, ended up flooding the bathroom floor, we used half our towels trying to stop this each day. The location of the hotel was brilliant aside from a couple of more run down streets nearby.
