Great week long stay!
Very enjoyable stay. Close to many attractions. In the shadow of Uffizzi gallery. Blocks away from Duomo complex. Was able to walk to the train station from the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

This is a hidden gem! Wonderful staff and delightful rooms in the heart of Florence with easy access to all the great tourist attractions. It is a quiet and relaxing space. I would definitely return.

Loved our time here! It was hard to find at first, but we came to love how it was hidden in an alley near a very busy spot - made it feel like a little oasis! Staff was positively delightful and eager to help and accommodate

Great hotel in a super location in Florence
Excellent hotel with very spacious, clean rooms in a fantastic location in Florence. The staff was most accomodating and helpful. The bathrooms in the rooms were large, clean and exceptionally well appointed. With no direct car access, a usual Florence challenge, getting to the hotel entrance with luggage is not easy though.

Always an enjoyable stay at this little gem! The location is perfect and accommodations are lovely. We have always been lucky enough to get the larger rooms, and know some have complained about the size of some rooms, but for the location, service and atmosphere of hotel, I think it’s always a great value.

This property is a hidden gem! we have traveled all over Europe and this is now one of my favorite hotels. It's right in the heart of all major places to go. To find it, you need to ask. It's hidden away on several side streets. The restaurants near the hotel were some of the best food we had in Italy. Bed and bedding was incredible, which is hard to find in Europe, even in 5 star hotels. This is a 10 stars. I would stay again.

Great Location, style and comfort
This is the perfect hotel to visit Florence. The location is very convenient to the Uffuzi and Palazzo Vecchio. The breakfast was wonderful and the view from the lounge/breakfast room was onto the square. My only complaint is that when we were there it was cold and rainy and the heat in the hotel was off. Our room was cold and uncomfortable for that reason but I cannot really leave a bad review because of it as we were there in an off week where the temperature the week before was in the upper 20C. If/when we come back to Florence it will be to this hotel. It was a hidden oasis!

A hidden gem, this hotel was a real find. The staff went out of their way to make our stay first rate - especially the chef Lisa, who made us load of vegan treats for breakfast. The location is amazing, very central, but fairly quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice staff and accomodations... But, we were on 3rd floor, and boiler stopped working. Staff was a comodatingvand put us in another room, but TV did not wirk in that room. I think just random problems, we would certainly come back.
