The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. This is quite possibly the best place to stay in all of Florence! Once we checked in I was blown away at how cozy and wonderful everything was, it was like a little cottage in the middle of the city, an easy 5-10 min walk to EVERYTHING, if and when I ever return to Florence I WILL be staying at this place again, I HIGHLY recommend!

Easy check in. Nice staff. Accommodations were clean and orderly. It was one of the few rooms available for a last minute booking so the price was more than we would expect to pay. But it slept 3 people with a kitchen and fridge.

Good and comfortable stay with family. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it.

Great location near the train station. Older property, stayed in an apartment. Difficult to find appropriate power points for international adaptor they are mainly 3 prong, found one 2 prong adaptor in the kitchenette. Very helpful customer service, we wanted to leave our luggage early to go on a day trip to Pisa and they were able to accommodate even though it was 630am.
