Loved this property. The luxury suite was immaculate. The staff was amazing, especially Alessandro that was always engaging and always helpful in giving us recommendations. Also, please try the chocolates at the front desk.

The best thing about the San Firenze is the Staff. Really friendly and helpful - lovely people. The location is excellent, very central for all the main tourist destinations. There are so many restaurants, you can't really go wrong for good Italian food. Our room was excellent, with a very comfortable queen size bed, good air con, really good shower - a peaceful environment in the heart of the city. Breakfast was cozy with good choice of food and nice and relaxed. We would certainly stay again.

I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Florence! The staff was absolutely the very best in assisting with all our questions and needs! The room was lovely and had a great view. We walked to most tour meeting locations; when needed, the staff assisted with taxis and transport. The service to the room was excellent; breakfast was also very delicious!
