Our stay here was wonderful. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Florence. The beds in this hotel are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in since arriving in Italy. This is not a hotel. There is no lobby or reception. Check-in was inconvenient; the manager messaged me all weekend, wanting to know exactly what time I was arriving, so that he could meet me at the property. I thought I had booked a hotel, so that I would not have to worry about exactly when I arrived, but this was not the case.
