"The check in process was long winded. We felt rushed to be there to meet the cleaner at a specific time but had been delayed in Rome getting the hire car and had had a 3.5 hour drive. "The property is astounding. Gorgeous, large garden with a lovely pool. The house is just beautiful and perfect with 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. It worked really, really well for our family. Nearby on-site houseman was super helpful and made things very easy for us. It was a 15-minute walk to bus stop to Florence city center. We just loved it."
