"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"es un lugar hermoso y diferente, el hotel llama mucho la atencion, pedimos una pieza con baños compartidos, la pieza muy linda y limpia, pero los baños de 3 duchas funcionaba una, estaba sucia, nos quedamos 3 noches y no pareciera que las limpiaran muy seguido, los retretes todos sucios, llenos de telarañas y no se veia que los limpiaran mucho. fuera de eso, el hotel es maravilloso, cuenta con mucho que hacer y con una dinamica entretenida"

"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

"Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "
