No geral foi boa, mas acho que o hotel poderia investir mais em conforto, por exemplo: janelas antiruidos,pois o hotel fica de frente para a rua principal de Sao Jose e o tráfego e intenso durante 24 horas, isto incomoda muito os hospedes, elevadores sao necessários, mesmo para quem fica hospedado no primeiro andar é necessário, pois ninguem merece subir escadas cansado e com malas, sobretudo os com mala e idosos,o chuveiro tem que ser regulado pois do nada esquenta terrivelmente, podendo queimar o hospede, tem que ter mais itens de toilette , como shampoos e condicionadores, pois nem sempre o hóspedess pode trazer isto na viagem. As jarras de suco utilizadas no cafe da manha sao muito grandes e pesadas o que dificulta o uso, podiam instalar maquinas de suco ou utilizar jarras menores para por os sucos, pous criancas , idosos e pessoas mais fracas nao conseguem segurar as jarras o que pode gerar um acidente grave. Outro problema foi que devido a estes problemas quis sair no segundo dia da estadia, porem ja havia pago o valor total, ao solicitar a devolução das diarias que nao seriam utilizadas, disseram me que só poderia deixa las como crédito para uma nova hospedagem ou só receberia 60% das diarias nao utilizadas! Achei um absurdo, pois se estava querendo sair do hotel, é sinal de que nao pretendia hospedar me novamente e para que reter 40% do valor de diárias que nao iriamos desfrutar??? Achei muita falta de respeito com o hospede!Limpezaefuncionariosao10

Ótimo Atendimento, café da manhã simples mas incrível. Quartos pequenos, mas confortável. O único defeito é a escada, não tem elevador. De resto, tudo muito bom.
