A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.

Hotel com otima estrutura! Cafe da manhã incrivel, piscina linda! Restaurantes, academia, piscina aquecida. Todas as opções compartilhadas muito boa. Mas o corredor dos quartos, possuia cheiro de mofo.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, assim como o quarto e o café da manhã. Alguns funcionários da recepção, por outro lado, não foram muito simpáticos e nem cordiais. O check-in demorou cerca de 1 hora, como o lobby do hotel lotado na ocasião. Em contrapartida, como estava em uma competição que iria acabar por volta das 11 horas do dia do check-out, o hotel permitiu, somente, 30 minutos de tolerância, nada obstante eu tenha perdido 1 hora no check-in, o que me forçou a ter que pagar uma meia diária. Além disso, à minha esposa, no meio da manhã do dia do check-out, foi informado que a meia diária seria de R$ 335,00, mas o funcionário que me atendeu no momento do pagamento alegou que a informação teria sido passada de forma equivocada e que o valor era R$ 375,15. Aceitei, nada obstante tal conduta violar o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, pois estava deveras cansado de minha competição que acabara de concluir. Ou seja, questionável se o custo-benefício do hotel compensa.

Hotel segue muito bom. Já havíamos estado nele em outras oportunidades. Os pontos positivos são a maioria, mas acho que vale a pena destacar 2 pontos negativos da última hospedagem.. 1. Café da manhã bom, mas já foi muito melhor! 2. Havia um quarto em obras acima do nosso, o que causou muito barulho e alguma poeira (solicitamos troca de quarto e fomos atendidos).
