"Very nice and small property built around a swimming pool. Reminded me of some places we stopped when I was a kid in the 70's, but updated with a fantastic pool area and great front desk staff and amazing cleaning staff. This is a place I would go back to any time I am in the area. The only (very small) negative thing for me was that the bed was super firm, but I still slept good enough."

"Last minute trip to take my grandson to the beach in water park at Indian rocks the hotel is very comfortable clean wonderful location close to shops restaurants and the water park right next door was a big hit with my grandson would definitely come back and stay here again . Hotel staff was very friendly knowledgeable which made it a great stay with definitely return again with my family in the future"
"To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops!
