"The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, our room 325 was lovely, with a huge comfy bed and a clear sea view (usually hotels facing the sea have filthy windows but this was really clean!). A kettle for tea and coffee in the morning with a packet of biscoff, good storage space and a safe. Bathroom was a good size and it was so nice to have proper sized bath towel rather than the small things most hotels provide these days. We unfortunately didn’t have time to sample the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very happy with our stay, we traveled on the ferry late and arrived in Dover just before midnight, the hotel was very easy to find and only a very short drive for the ferry port, hotel was undergoing renovations and this was clearly sign posted in spite of this it was lovely inside and the to staff member on reception were extremely helpful and very accommodating, really great service. The room was fantastic!! 5 beds (which is so hard to get in lower budget hotels and we always struggle) very spacious room with comfort beds and great hot drink selection and even a fridge!. Bathroom was amazing very modern and clean with some great features and plenty of toiletries. Overall we are extremely happy with our stay highly recommended and will definitely be booking here again "
