"Property was clean but staff was limited in their ability ro understand english. A/C did not work and beds where all singles. Overall, i would stay here in a pinch but it would not be my first choice."

"Cleaniness below average. Not enough sunbeds by the pool. Food was good. Restaurant/bar/animation staff very kind and prepared, reception/housekeeping very moody and dismissive. "

We found the apartment finishes a little bit outdated. The TV, the sliding door to the balcony and the kitchen sink were not working properly so we pointed that out to the receptionist who called a mantainance team to fix the issues promptly the first day. "Das Haus hat eine sensationelle Lage! Es ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse stand sogar ein Strandzelt, welches wir für die Kinder nutzen konnten. Auch ein zusätzlicher Tisch war vorhanden, welchen man vor der Terrasse in den Sand stellen kann. Wem es ab 16/17 Uhr zu heiss auf der Terrasse wird, kann sich super in den schattigen Hinterhof zurückziehen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundliche per Whatsapp. Dass wir aus Versehen eine Nachttisch Lampe kaputt gemacht...
