Living Area:
The open-plan living area is beautifully decorated with modern coastal furnishings and features two sofas, including a queen-size sleeper sofa. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning ocean views. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows or simply gaze out at the ocean.
Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen features white-toned granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stylish new sink. A dining table seats eight, and four bar stools are available at the kitchen’s granite bar top. This open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a perfect space for gathering and enjoying meals together. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, glassware, dishes, and various kitchen accessories. Refrigerator has two ice-makers. One dispense ice through the closed door and a second is located in the lower freezer section. The two provide ample ice for guests.
Bedrooms:
General: All bedrooms are carpeted, have a wall hung TV with handheld remote controls, a ceiling fan/light that is controlled by remote control, luggage racks and extra blankets. The Primary Bedroom closet contains extra pillows to be used in any bedroom.
Primary Bedroom: Ocean views, king bed, a walk-in closet large enough for a small crib, direct balcony access, and a large en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and a spacious vanity with a single sink.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, ample closet space and a private bathroom, with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, ample closet space and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single sink vanity.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been updated with new flooring, vanities, sinks, and modern fixtures. The Bedroom #3 bathroom includes a tub, ideal for families with small children. Electrical outlets are conveniently located in each bathroom for guest convenience.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the beach and coastline from the spacious private deck spanning the entire width of the villa.
Oceanfront Deck: Spacious private deck spanning the entire width of the villa accessible from the living area and the primary bedroom. The deck is furnished with a bar-top table and four chairs, and four rocking chairs for relaxation. Furniture is blue and white color coordinated with the interior decor.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing dip in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Fenced Complex: The condominium complex is completely fenced with gated vehicle access and gated access to the beachfront and pool areas.
Gated Parking: Two complimentary parking passes are included, with additional parking passes available (season dependent) upon request. All parking is at grade with about half of the spaces in open covered area and the remainder in uncovered open parking. Spaces are not assigned and are on a first come basis.
Elevators: Two elevators, conveniently located, provide easy access to all levels of the complex and amenities.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking passes. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $50–$100 (cost charged by the HOA), depending on the season. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from September 2024 through the 3rd week of May 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA is replacing all oceanfront sliding doors and fixed windows. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier. Expect scaffolding and intermittent construction noise during this time. Efforts will be made to minimize the impact on your stay. The work on the villas in the 23 stack (123, 223, 323, & 423) is scheduled to complete mid-November 2024. Unit 223 is scheduled to be available for rental starting 12/11/2024 when work in stacks 22 and 21 has completed and establishes a reasonable buffer zone of completed work to reduce noise in the villa.
