"We happened to be there on a very cold day (-3F on average). Hotel and people working they were very nice and warm! Public areas are clean comfortable and beautiful. We got a king size bed room. Bed was very comfortable, smelled nice and not over bleached. Room also had a nice couch. "

Thanks to the underground and skyline connections, there was no need to go out in the extremely cold conditions. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but were clean. Good gym, just needs some mats and to clean the machines daily. "
