"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"The hotel is fantastic, especially since they have 2 outdoor heated swimming pools with a view of the mountains, they also have an indoor swimming pool. Very functionally divided relaxation zones: only for adults, separately for children and families, large saunas operate without restrictions, clean and warm rooms The only minus that may be disturbing is that the doors to the rooms close very noisily, especially at night"

"There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy.
