"We enjoyed a relaxing week here, the property is well equipped both in the kitchen and the rest of the house. The location is rural yet only 1.5hrs from Dijon and the Burgundy wine region is on the doorstep. The hot tub and sauna are a wonderful way to relax overlooking the river. The host was helpful."

"Wonderful property, I cannot say enough about the house and the lovely owner. Everything was thought of and taken care of. The house is well laid out, beautifully decorated, and the bedrooms are very comfortable and spotless with all new sheets/towels/robes. Hot tub was great to enjoy in the evening, so was the wood stove with ample firewood, ping pong, bikes, and a fenced yard for the pups. We had an incredible time and highly recommend. Five stars!"

"We were informed that we could not arrive before 4pm on Saturday as the property would be cleaned and prepared before this time. On arrival it was obvious that this was not the case. The entrance gate had rubbish bins overflowing with trash in 40 degrees heat. The front garden was overgrown with weeds. The back garden was full of stinging nettles and the lawn overgrown. "This hotel is very well located, just off the motorway for those driving through France, but set amongst fields so very quiet and safe. The rooms are very clean, there is lots of parking and although I could not have dinner there as we arrived too late, I have heard from family that the food is great. I can vouch for the tasty breakfast however. Will definitely visit again !"

Beautiful cottage in a lovely part of France

"We had a lovely week here in August. The pool was great for the kids and the peace, quiet and lovely wine was great for the adults. The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. The lakes were just 30mins away too and made a great beach day out. Finally, the champagne was very nice, of course and was the icing on the cake."
