"Clean, safe, pleasant staff. Booked a twin room but the second bed was a sofa bed, uncomfortable for my friend. A normal single bed or twin single beds would have been a better option. "Very neat and clean. A tad overpriced but convenient location. Saying that, Parkes isn’t a huge town Had to pay a deposit (a refundable bond against damages). I’m not sure that this is mentioned in the Hotels.com listing and I had to make a phone call to do this from an area with poor phone reception ..."
