"A very quaint quiet place to stay. We loved our stay and hope they recover quickly from the Hurricanes they experienced. We loved the main pool and had it to ourselves every evening. One important and unusual fact, the mattress was as comfortable as ours at home. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"The hotel is nice and clean and new.. The rooms were clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are very small and not very thick- so I was a little disappointed in that amenity. The free breakfast was just OK. The eggs were probably powdered eggs, the fruit appeared to be frozen fruit left to thaw out, the orange juice was from concentrate mixed with water. "This was a clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. The location is not necessarily walkable to food and shops, but certainly close and convenient to so many options. The pool is completely shaded in the afternoon, which is a bummer of you're seeking the sun, but it was a nice amenity. Hotel is about a 35min (+/-) drive to both Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key Beach. "

"i left at 4:30 AM & was looking forward to grabbing a cuppa coffee before I left, but there was none made at that time. Apparently it was ready by 5 AM but everything was wonderful. Oh and I needed a second blanket for the pullout couch and there wasn't one in the room, there was only a sheet folded up in the couch"
