"The front door could not lock The TV did not work. No hot water No one to notify, cleaning service does know about management. Breakfast por service , the milk for coffee was charged. No orange juice available the service lade at the breakfast area mentioned that since she is there, oranges have never been suppl."

"Boutique Hotel Casa Elefanteis located steps from the tourist/market area of Tlaquepaque. This hotel was a very good value for us. The staff were attentive and aim to please. There is an electronic entrance so coming and going was very easy. The room was comfortable and had a bathroom that was uniquely decorated with a wonderful walk-in shower. There is a sitting area outside the rooms ... like a mirador .... on the second floor isolated from the street scene. The night lighting was rustic and...

"Restroom was smelly all the time. No laundry you have to pay extra for that. They only clean once a week. There is lots of noise too. The staff were nice but I don’t recommend this place for long stay couple days would be fine. "

"It was a great stay. Very Modern rooms that do not feel like a hotel room at all. The creativity of the sleeping area and cool little pull out stiars to the king bed felt like a tree house wich I really enjoyed! Very fun little place! There are not many trash cans in the common areas or by the elevators or garage. Pretty minor but there were a few times I was wondering around looking for garbage cans. Probably creatively concealed haha. Would stay here again in a heart beat, actually...
