Dislike: room thermostat was not working. We set temperature to 19 or 20 deg C but it kept showing ambient temp of 25-26 deg. We were too lazy to call maintenance so we just opened the window to cool the room even though it was winter. There was also an odour as u stepped into the room, smelled like toe jam/body odour, just by the entry way. Likes: within walking distance to shinagawa station. Highlight was u could eat breakfast at one of three outlets in both grand prince takanawa AND shin takanawa hotel (though the latter u would have to walk a bit via the back garden).

The premier grand room that we stayed in was roomy and nicely refurbished. The Lounge is spacious, well staffed, food and drink choices are great.
