"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"The property is a great place if you want somewhere quiet and safe to stay with secure offroad parking. Unfortunately upon arrival our bedding wasn’t clean, we stripped the bed and found several hairs, even clumps of hair in pillow cases. We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. Housekeeping proceeded to try and enter the room, front desk was nice and tried their best with us...

"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. "Agnes the owner is very nice. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, be sure to check out the Church in a field of sunflowers about 4 miles away. Train to Paris is easy and about an hours ride. You will need a car to get around though in general including to the station."

"We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. WiFi was set up with plenty of routers but didn’t work while we were there and didn’t get fixed. Pool was heated (a massive bonus) and I would guess about 8x4m in size. Supermarkets 10 mins away by car - all open Sunday mornings."

"Guess there was a traveling party of visitors, they had no room for dining in the dining area was confined to room to eat which was so isolating and lonely for my first visit to Paris. "Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and premises. Very practical and easy to access by car and to park near the main entrance. Perfect place for a stay over when on a road trip. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends and there’s nothing available to eat unless you take your car again to go someplace or you order fast food. "
