To the east are the very good beaches of the Angus Coastline, whilst to the west the Angus Glens are a challenge for all walking abilities. Forfar Loch attracts anglers, walkers and wildlife, whilst Glamis Castle is a short drive away. There are several very good golf courses within an hour’s drive, not least St Andrews and Carnoustie. An ideal choice at any time of the year. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles.
