"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. "The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential."

"We left after the first night because there were cats in the property that came into the house and one person was severely allergic. We contacted Homerti who was managing the property and they refused to help us or reimburse for the week, or even a partial reimbursement We would ask for a refund as we had to stay somewhere else for the week last minute."
