Spacious for two
Overall fine except there were parking issues. Supposed to be one spot per unit and it was full three nights when we came back at eight o’clock. Painting numbers on the spaces would help designate who should park where. Friends park on the street.

Great location
The house is clean and provides all you need for a brief stay. Since you are allowed to bring pets to this property there are no carpets, which makes the house a little loud/echoy. Kitchen needs a cutting board and a good cleaning of the heat/air conditioning returns.

The house is located in a very quiet part of town. Clean, newly remodeled house. The host is fabulous! Very responsive to text messages and had been working with us to ship back and item that was left. Highly recommend the house and you'd host.

Great Location!
This quaint property was in the perfect location for our family gathering. We were close to family and easy access to our activities. Clean and comfortable beds! It was very convenient to have washer and dryer onsite to catch up. Communication up to our arrival was ideal. However, it seemed to fall apart once we arrived. On the first day the WIFI quit and as that was needed for our stay I started texting and emailing "Stacy" as was recommended. Never met or talked to Stacy. We realized it was an automated response. It took a whole day to get it restored and contact someone who could help us out. This employee was very helpful but it still took longer than I thought it would to respond. I understand that life happens - and the property overall was good - but I realized that the automated response to needing help was a bit frustrating on our part. Would I recommend this property? Yes.

This place was in a great location! It is close to many shops and restaurants, but quiet enough to enjoy! We enjoyed morning walks. We stayed in FC because it was centrally located to some destinations in Cheyenne and Estes Park.

It's fine
This place was fine. Really nice that there was a fridge and laundry and off-street parking. Also there were little things that i appreciated - shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We loved that it was only a short drive to the old town area. It could have used a bit more dusting and general coziness, but otherwise, it's not a bad place to sleep.

Everything was perfect!
We were in town for my daughters freshman orientation at CSU. Since we were bringing all of our kids, we decided to find a vrbo for the 6 of us and this one was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location to be close to anywhere we wanted to go. We hope we can book this place again during future visits. Thanks!

The duplex felt like somewhere I would have lived in college, except with better decor. It was quiet, off the beaten path but within easy biking distance to things - and they offered bikes! The problem was the cost for what you get. The cleaning fees and host charge were as much as a night's stay and we were only there for two nights, which added a lot for what we got. I appreciated there was a washing machine, but it was loud and the drier took over an hour to dry our clothes. There was no dish washer and the bathtub was old, chipped. We loved biking, but of the 4 bikes, only 1 was in working order. The communication with the proprietors was excellent, and I appreciate that. So, it was mostly the overall cost that seemed in the high range for the property and its amenities.

Great spot, but important details overlooked
In general, this location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. The instructions with the code to unlock the door also worked well. Proximity to downtown, restaurants, hiking, etc. was great. My experience is shaped by our first night. We rolled in around 8:30 p.m., and we wanted to put our son right to bed. However, one of the beds was undone and it wasn't clear if the sheets on it were clean. Upon texting the owner, there was an oversight with cleaning earlier that day, and the sheets were in fact not clean. She apologized profusely and offered to put us in another unit, but at that point, we'd unpacked and laid him down and didn't want to upend everything. The three of us slept in one queen that night - not ideal as we purposely reserved a two-bedroom place so we wouldn't have to do that. We ended up finding some clean sheets to put on the bed for the following night, even though we were told the cleaning team would come by the next day with clean linens (they never did). Not a huge deal, but the refrigerator also was not on when we arrived, so we had to adjust the temperature so we could store our groceries. Overall, the property was convenient and the space was pleasant, but I was a bit stressed by the details that were overlooked. While the host was extremely apologetic, nothing was actually done on her part to make it right. I probably won't be staying at these (or her other properties) again. However, for the cost, it is a reasonable place to consider...

Quiet location near downtown
A great location (easy bike ride to downtown) in a quiet area near the hospital. Very clean and we especially enjoyed the small area with a grill and hammock. Brand new washer and dryer were also a welcome bonus.
