I was unaware that this establishment was catering to long type stay clientele. Did not realize that it wasn’t like or equal to other hotels. We walked in, the lady was nice. We walked down the hall and the carpet was disgusting and plain filthy, by room 124. The smell of the area was pitiful. There was a not very pleasant smell of our room when we opened the door. The room was not super clean but ok. The vending machine was not working for the 3 days we were there. No continental breakfast. Just a bad few days. You Never will see us again and won’t be recommending it to anyone. Also was not a safe area outside, a lot of seedy people, some weed, just a terrible experience. Very, very disappointing

I never got to stay. I booked through Expedia, and got multiple confirmations by text and email. I printed a copy of the email confirmation. The people at the desk said they did not show my reservation in their system, and they would not honor my reservation. I showed them my copy, and they refused to even check with Expedia. I had to contact Expedia myself. I eventually got Expedia on the phone, and they called the hotel to cancel my reservation. It is not acceptable for a hotel to refuse to help in a situation where there is an obvious computer problem. Why do yo do business with these people?

Super convenient location right off of I25. Room has a stove top,fridge, microwave, counter space for cooking. Plenty of towels for our stay. Blankets were on the lighter/thinner side but we just brought our own in. The doors to the rooms do close pretty hard so you can hear other rooms when guests go in and out. Plenty of parking with a small gated dog area. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend to others

Stay was great! Clean and modern room. Fair prices. Staff was always there 24/7. Housekeeping works hard all day everyday and were very kind. After having such a horrible experience at a wood spring suites we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed the manager was absolutely wonderful we were treated with such kindness 😊❤️ and our room was perfect I called before booking online and asked if I could get a room on the bottom floor if one was available since I had a service dog with me and they were able to get me a room on the first floor by The doors the only issue that I had with this hotel is the kids riding bikes and scooters up and down the hallway that's a no-go for me I'm disabled and have a service animal and I opened up my door in about got taken out by five kids that has nothing to do with the hotel so I'm not leaving a bad review on their part I just don't think it should be allowed kids riding bikes and scooters up and down the hallways and the parents shouldn't allow their kids to do that especially when you have other paying guests there's plenty of room outside for the kids to play which they did a lot of screaming and yelling and banging on my hotel room window 😳 and there was a lot of homeless people just posted up in front of the hotel from morning to the night screaming and yelling and abusing their kids we had to go down and tell the mom to come get her kids because they were down on the whole other end of the parking lot in the street I'm just kind of confused as to what the situation was with these people out front all day with babies 🤔🤔🤔

Pretty decent to stay at. Clean but had holes in the bathroom door and bath tub but it wasn't dirty. Service was great. Bring your own toiletries as they were not the greatest. Large fridge, stove top, and microwave in the room.

We were really frustrated to find out that this is an extended stay hotel, which we were not expecting and is not listed as such on Expedia website. Our room had dog hair on the sheets and was right next to the automatic locking doors that shook the entire room every time someone went in or out. We could hear the neighbors every move upstairs and got no sleep. We ended up having to leave early. The staff was friendly enough but when we asked to be moved away from the locking door we were told “that’s just the way it is”. It’s a brand new hotel so it looks really nice, but poorly built and does not provide a restful place to stay. WiFi is extremely limited unless you pay for a plan, no breakfast or any amenities. Had a very small workout area, which we did not use. No daily housekeeping and no amenities you would normally expect from a hotel.

Horrible place to stay, people on top floors kept stomping on the floor making loud noises in the middle of the night. House keeping is only done every 15 days which is very inconvenient. Don’t recommend this place

They are supposed to clean your room bi weekly and it wasn't cleaned at all the entire time i was there i had set my trash can outside the door to have it emptied, instead of it being taken care of, i was woken up from sleeping at about 11:40pm and i was told by the lady with red hair i could not leave it out in the hall and i had to bring it back inside my room, mind you i was half asleep being woken up the lady was very impatient and would not give me any time to focus, she told me it was a fire hazard to set it in the hall way as well. I have never had this happen to me and I stay in alot of hotels due to my job requires me to travel. I will not stay here ever again the room was clean when i got there the entire motel seemed to be clean the price was reasonable, but the service from this lady was wrong, very rude and no respect.

Broken shower
When we turned on the shower the front desk called and said it was leaking into the room below us. They opened another room just for us to shower in and it was dirty.
