"The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I especially want to single out Carmen at the front desk. I was not happy with my room and she immediately went into action to corrent the problem. I loved that she had freshly baked cookies when we arrived. It was a warm and inviting gesture. What I didn't like is that some of the rooms where the front desk is located are small and no views. They do have suites available on the water. So if you stay there stay in the suites. "

"The location in town and close to Town Beach and the seawall is ideal, also the sunrise deck is amazing! When in the hotel the heated pool is excellent but they advertise a hot tub. It has been out of service since 2023. If a hot tub is not an option that is OK to take it off the list of amentities. "
