Very busy hotel! Cruise passengers coming and going constantly. Somehow the hotel manages the chaos well and run a very nice property right on the beach. Beds are super comfortable, staff were all super friendly and helpful. Heavy traffic through the hotel shows in the wear and tear on the rooms and hallways, but bathrooms are clean and updated. Sample sized soap/ shampoo are cheap motel-ish. We had a great couple of days there.

We loved staying here. There’s a lot of other resorts so many food options. We were right on the beach. Room was cleaned daily. I will stay there again.

Great lively atmosphere with very interesting guests. Very convenient distance from Fort Lauderdale airport, yet one of the few hotels that is directly on the beach. I think very comparable and perhaps more interesting atmosphere than the Marriott next-door, which is much more expensive.

The rooms and beach were amazing. The majority of the staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. The staff in breakfast area had several loud verbal disagreements between waiters and hostesses. Interacted with Dennis in valet area 3 separate occasions and was always told that I needed to wait he was alone or busy with the most annoyed body language. Sad how quickly the tone of the environment takes a 5 star rating down to 2-3.

The gym was a joke. Was very small and the equipment wasn’t working. I got hurt by using the exercise chair and it was broke. The hotel is very old need a major upgrade and repairs. I hope no one use this facility, I had a very bad experience staying there….

I would not return to this property. While, the room was nice enough the overall accommodations were poor. And the customer service left a lot to be desired throughout the resort! I reserved a room with the balcony to be able to use the balcony and was unable to do so for the entire trip! The air-conditioning unit was so loud with a piercing noise that it was hurting our ears. We personally went to the front desk, brought this to their attention, and they assured us that they would have maintenance come and assess the situation. When we returned to our room, all they had done was shut the unit completely off and it is south Florida. It was warm and we needed to turn it back on. Never once did anybody check in with us to make sure that it had been taken care of. And the noise continued. The next day I then flagged down a maintenance person that was working on our floor and asked them if they wouldn’t mind coming to take a listen. A wonderful man came and did not like the way it sounded and called his colleague. They came right away and assessed and made a decision that it was faulty and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. While I appreciate them coming in at the last minute and doing a great job, assessing. I was very disappointed in this resort.

The property was great. We did a Disney cruise and this was one of the partner hotels that provides a shuttle to the cruise port. I would absolutely stay again.
