Very Nice Home and Well Equipped Kitchen!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a clean, comfortable home with an open floor plan, lovely garden, including a covered outdoor eating area, lots of places to sit both inside and outside, to relax. It also features a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Management was very responsive to our questions or comments during our stay even over the Christmas holidays! Thank you!

Great stay
The house was great had everything it promised. The only issues were the master bathroom door, someone is going to get stuck in there! It really needs to be fixed. Also, when we were leaving all the water backed up in the sinks. And when I started the dishwasher, water leaked on the ground. Other than that very nice place!

Our stay at the VRBO in Wilton Manors, Florida, was nothing short of exceptional. Very much enjoyed my stay
David was very helpful when I first booked this property and the payment didn't process correctly. He worked closely with me to make sure everything workout with my stay and I was very thankful for his assistance. The property was very nice, the canal view added a nice peaceful aspect to the backyard. The pool was warm and inviting and we spent a good amount of time there. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and I didn’t have any complaints about my stay. They make sure you have what you need to make your stay as seamless as possible.

Some credit for that goes to the perfect weather during this period, but a fair share also goes to the house itself. It is a lovely layout, well equipped, stocked, and maintained, and wonderfully located and oriented.

Perfect get away!! Excellent service - if something needed response time quick! Beautiful home, well appointed with ample seating areas inside and out. Love the tropical feel/view and easy access to the canal and kayaking! Definitely would’ve enjoyed staying another week or two. Great kitchen fully stocked with everything, your heart desires , Gas stove top -coming from Chicago we appreciate that- and plenty of space for baking/cooking. Area is a little gritty but the neighbors were extremely friendly, and this location is close to everything fabulous! Definitely recommend!!

The Floridian was as perfect as you can get. The pool was so warm and private. The house had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy. Although the pool was my favorite spot, opening the screened sliders in the living room and feeling the breeze was heavenly. We didn’t turn the air conditioning on once ! The landscaping and night lighting made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. Super clean house and everything was ten minutes away including the beach, Las Olas Blvd and every store you could ever need. I can’t wait to try one of their other rentals.

We have stayed in a number of properties and have never been disappointed. The Floridian House is no exception. The kitchen was a dream and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor covered eating area is great - we could enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. Beds were very comfortable and the indoor and outdoor sitting areas were very comfortable. Oh and being on the canal was very nice. Overall, once again, we had a great stay - we are so sorry it was cut short due to the pandemic. Looking forward to enjoying a FLS property next year.

Property managers we accommodating and easy to work with.This home was perfect for 2 couples! Kitchen has new appliances and all the cookware,serve ware and dishes/glasses you need. Actually the best outfitted kitchen we've experienced on VRBO. The home has several comfortable gathering areas in and out. Bedrooms and baths are clean and stylish. Heated pool a BIG PLUS!! We also enjoyed the docks on the canal which gave a good connection to the outdoors and a sense of space. Would be fun to rent kayaks, but we were too lazy! Sun by the pool was activity enough! Highly recommend this property for comfortable relaxation away from the bustle of "spring breakers", yet less than 10 minutes to all the fun, shopping and restaurants of las Olas Blvd.

Relaxing location
Extremely well maintained, clean and well-equipped getaway. The pool was fantastic, very clear and refreshing for the July heat. We loved the home, thank you! I felt everything matched as presented. We were able to do a lot of cooking with what was provided. Beautiful place. Easy to drive to beach with public parking.

Amazing Home!
The property is stunning inside and out. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you can think of, as well as wonderful wine, champagne and martini glasses for entertaining. The heated pool is very relaxing with a beautiful lagoon view. I have stayed at other properties David has and every time I stay at one I ask myself “why do I stay anywhere else?” Very well thought out properties with a big emphasis on the experience. Plenty of space and lovely pool
Grandson so enjoyed being on the waterway so he could fish. We came to town to help with family so we were out a lot but very much enjoyed the space the house offered and the back pool and waterway were just perfect for our needs.

Look no further!
Aside from the home being beautiful, perfectly stocked, conveniently located and SO FUN, it has all of the comforts I only hope for in a VRBO. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen, strong water pressure, thick towels and tons of places to read. We loved our stay so much and I hope we find our way back to FL because I know where we will stay. Such a special place. 5 stars all day long!!!!
