The spa pool & pool closes at 8pm, and it doesn't states that on their booking site, they are not accommodating if you have a late flight, you have to either check out at 11am or pay $140.00 for a full day just for 3 hours which is unfair being a returning guests, some staff are friendly and welcoming, then some look like they're not interested in being to work or wants to assists. My second time there and i will not return.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and its wonderful hotel room with 2 rooms and separate space. Whast we didn't like was the administration of the property was very picky with the times the pool and fitness center were open. They said that these close 8pm sharp for the pool and 11pm sharp for the fitness center. They need to be more flexible in this area. Expedia needs to also do better in this area too. You need to post specific information about a property's amenities so people can make an educated decision.

There was no hot water! They compensated us with a late check out then we’re pounding on our door not knowing the next day! Moore, no hot water. Thermostat did not work and it was at least 4° hotter than the thermostat said. Our room was never made up. Anyone reading this review, do not stay here!!!
