Convenient Location with Great Views and Responsive Mgmt
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jan 25. Location is super convenient. Walmart, fish market, produce market, restaurants chain and local all within a stones throw of the unit.Man made lake views are nice to wake up to with the sun rising above. They also keep and avid bird presence that’s fun to watch.Manager (DJ) was great and very responsive. Check in and out was easy peasy.I had seen some complaints about beds, but we found all the beds to be super comfy, so at worst is personal preference.The only drawback to our stay was circumstantial. We had purchased groceries for our five day prior to accessing the unit, only to find the fridge was out of Freon and thus lead to use wasting money on the groceries we couldn’t keep cold, eating out more than anticipated, and buying ice. DJ was very responsive in getting folks to look at it, but no fixes were finalized during our time.Highly recommend.

Perfect location
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it's perfect for what I need. It's 2 blocks from my work job site! I would recommend this for anyone in this area. And I plan on staying here again next year.

Would have liked to have known the the property was an upstairs property. Some of the dishes in the property were dirty. The mattresses on the beds were not good and should really be replaced. With new bedding and a little better cleaning this would be a nice place to stay

Very quiet neighborhood & very nice neighbors. Exclusive parking spot is nice so you don’t have to drive around searching. Interior is exactly like the pictures. Everything works & is nice. Only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress is very used and massively sags in the middle. My wife & I are side sleepers & we were extremely uncomfortable & slept horribly the entire stay. Overall, it was a nice location & would have been perfect if the mattress gets replaced.

Do NOT stay here. SCAM!!!
This place was very misleading. The way the property is described versus what it looks like is completely different. It is described as a family friendly location however it is in the a place i would describe as rundown and unsafe. It is also described as a condo but is most definitely not a condo it looks more like a motel. He said the property was cleaned prior to us arriving but it was dirty. The “outdoor” furniture was plastic folding chairs and table. Does not sleep as many as it says. There were personal belongings in one of the rooms. We couldn’t even stay there. Extremely disappointing, ruined the start of our vacation. We ended up getting a hotel instead.

Clean and Cozy place to stay
Stayed 3 days and have 0 complaints. Everything we needed was available and the place was clean and cozy. Check in was easy. The walls are a little thin but noise levels are not an issue for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this host and location.
