The rooms were dirty and the first one smelled of smoke even though the hotel is non smoking. They did switch us to a new room which smelled better but the floor was sticky when you walked on it.

I didn’t don’t like the fact there was some type of rodent droppings and shredded in the middle of the floor and a pile under the bed. I had a panic attack and packed immediately. I was totally grossed out from this incident and prayed nothing got into my bags. Velda was very understanding when I told her I wanted a complete refund which I haven’t gotten yet.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The check in clerk was so friendly and even called to make sure the room was okay. I’ve never had that before and it was refreshing.

The bathroom was dirty, people’s hair around the toilet and shower, they said was a non smoking room and was terrible the smell of cigarettes and weed. Dirty and smelly carpets. Mattress in terrible condition, my back was hurting me for those two days staying there. Location highly not recommend. For the price i paid you can get something much better.

The room wasn’t clean garbage was still in the room the bath tub had hair in it toothpaste cover stuck in the sink air conditioning don’t work properly need new door needs painting the whole complex needs a make over

When I first checked in, I was sent to a room that was a mess and not cleaned at all. The second room I was given I had to leave because there were baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.
