They have the best staff always taking care of guests and answering a very busy phone all day. The hotel is very pet friendly and even the guests without pets here are quite accomodating.

The room we were initially given smelled strongly of urine, we were laying on the bed and kept smelling it. Pulled off the sheet itself and the mattress cover underneath reeked of pee and was covered with stains. We were then put into a room with double beds (for my husband and I). Lots of drug users in the area. The one person (Michael) when I arrived was acting odd, going on about stuff and laughing to themselves every once in awhile. The girl at the front counter was even like “what are you going on about?”. No clue. The lady at the front desk and a couple other people (maybe staff?) were being loud and cussing, one girl mentioned wanting to beat up drunk people (I don’t know if she worked there for sure or not). All this was being talked about while I patiently waited for someone to answer me/change my room. I’m not sure if this is a corporate owned or independently owned location, but the experience was lacking to say the least.

The website pictures were nothing like the real rooms or exterior. The sheets were dirty,(asked for sheets 3 times till I finally got a clean one) the hallway smelled of cat urine and the room smelled of armpit and very strong air freshener. The microwave was not useable (filthy inside) the tv screen was cracked. Housekeeping would not give me any cleaners. If we weren’t so tired we would have stayed somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Rooms we reserved were in bad condition. One of them sticked at cigarette smoke. Spoke with front desk and they couldn’t change the rooms, offered to spray with air freshener but didn’t work. They couldn’t offer an ideal solution so had to leave the property.

Unfortunately i had to book one night because of my flight change. I choose this motel because it was close to the airport and it was the least expensive compared to the surrounding area. That was a mistake. There is no elevator to get to the scond floor and the stairs smelled like urine. The room was dirty and smelled like mildew. We didn’t even feel it was safe to use the shower. The only reason we stayed was because it was a late landing and we were only going to stay until 7am.

First room stunk of cigarette smoke and the lights flickered, so then we were given someone else’s room that stunk of body odor. The shower head dripped all night, the beds were rock hard, they attempted to fill a hole in the wall by stuffing a plastic bag in it, and the staff didn’t care about anything or any issue you had. All in all the place is absolutely disgusting and in bad shape. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and stay somewhere else/anywhere else. Everyone in our party wishes we had.

When we arrived we were early and just wanted to see if they had a room ready it was 1pm check in is at 3 if they didn't we were going to wait until 3, the front desk said 40 dollar early check in fee and my husband and I said that's okay we will wait, as soon as we said that, he said if you scan this and leave 5 stars I can waive the fee, whixh was odd but we did. The rooms are big but the bed was so uncomfortable and the room was definitely not super clean there was questionable stuff on the headboard and night stand and it was nasty we scrubbed it off, we opted to not shower the tub wasn't promising looking. The fridge was nice and the ac worked good. The bbq place next store was good. Check out was simple. We left at 430 am so for a short stay it worked okay.
