This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, established residential, family oriented neighborhood. With respect for our neighbors, the homes are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.

Perfect Pompano Beach getaway with resort style pool area. Newly renovated open and spacious home has three bedrooms, two baths and a heated saltwater pool. Pool heating is included in the nightly rates from November 15th through April 30th only. It’s a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has five entry ways to the pool because your backyard is property of its own! The large deck consists of: screened heated pool, Wifi Integrated 55 " Smart TV, endless choices with multiple seating areas throughout the pool area. Gas grill in garden area ready for use.

An enclosure helps to keep the mosquitoes away which makes for a much nicer outside experience. The front of the house also has a beautiful private sitting area for your enjoyment.

The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space with fireplace and formal dining area.

-Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Second bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool.
-Third bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV.

Our home is only a 5-7 minute drive to the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the sea beach. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.

We are only 20 minuets away from Fort Lauderdale airport!

Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all!
Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema and 10 minutes to Deerfield Beach.

Please note that our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors we kindly ask to refrain from loud outside noise and music after 10pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

To make your stay even more comfortable/enjoyable we provide bicycles and some beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.

Perfect ending to the summer
Great getaway for 2 adult couples. Host done a great job with property renovations and was very accessible to enjoy we had a great stay. House has plenty of room which allowed each couple to have space to unwind. We highly enjoyed the pool and outdoor entertainment area. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Perfect Florida Getaway
This place is awesome! Had everything we needed for a week’s stay with our kids 16, 8, 6. The spaces were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool and outside areas were great, especially nice with the pool enclosure. The only thing I could say is that I wished there were ceiling fans under the covered porch. Would’ve made a huge difference. The house had 5 beach chairs and additional camp style chairs which we used a lot. The location of the property was perfect, close to everything! The hosts were amazing, meeting us at the property upon check in and extremely responsive via text with any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at this location was as expected based on all of the other reviews. Cons: floors really need a deep clean; not all windows had curtains or shades-neighbors light shines right in the kitchen and master bath; double bedroom hears the traffic at night; Nest thermostat was a pain to deal with, but we figured it out. Pros: Hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly; home is very spacious and lovely decor; back yard and pool were clean and private; pool and beach gear and towels provided; toiletries provided; very clean linens; kitchen is well stocked for cooking; high capacity washer/dryer was nice; location is near several food options and a short drive to the beach. Publix and Walmart are less than 5 minutes away.

Clean home and great location
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at Marina & Igor's property. The house was clean and we loved how each of the rooms opened up to the gorgeous pool. Even though it was cool a few of the days, the kids really enjoyed the warm pool and watching the outdoor TV. Great space, would definitely stay here again.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience
Igor and Marina were great hosts! Marina met us at the house and personally pointed out the features. Igor came as soon as we needed him and showed us how to use some of the electronics. The pool was a delight. The house wraps around pool with five accesses to the pool area (from both bedrooms with the king size beds, from the kitchen, from the living room and even from one of the bathrooms, so we didn't have to traipse thru the house with wet bathing suits.) The weather was a little cooler than expected, so having a heated pool made it possible to enjoy it even in the cool weather. Having both sunny areas as well as shaded areas around the pool deck, made it great for all of us to enjoy as per our preference. It was nice to have a sitting area outside, with comfortable chairs and sofas, as well as a table for eating al fresco. The kitchen was well equipped; the showers were large and very modern. The bedrooms were perfect and there were lots of places to store our stuff. We didn't need to use the third bedroom, but it was convenient with the two beds when we were packing up to come home. All told it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful day. It was better than the pictures.
We've stayed the second week of december in 2023. In the beginning of our stay, we had decent weather, but the remainder of the week the weather was quite windy and constantly raining which changed our excursion plans. What a joy it was to have this property to retreat to and relax. It was so tastefully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. Most of all, we were still able to get into the beautiful heated pool. The outdoor space is so dreamy. With the covered patio, we could sit outside even in the heavy rain. The lanai covering the pool kept the bugs and especially the mosquitoes away. They have taken steps to make it completely private from the neighbors and the street. We set outside for hours watching the outdoor tv, reading, eating, etc. even as it poured down raining. The home is just one half mile from the grocery store and shopping. We highly recommend this home to others.

Lovely house!
We had a wonderful stay! The property is really beautiful and had everything we needed. They definitely put a lot of effort into renovating the home and all the upkeep. The pool was AMAZING on these super hot days. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area with the tv setup as well. It sits right off the kitchen so it’s a great space to have family dinner time. The owners communicated to us before and during our stay and were super nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was 10 minutes from Harrah’s casino, 11 minutes from the marina where we took our boat tour, and then about 15 minutes from a couple of restaurants we visited in Ft. Lauderdale. My only “critique” if I had to have one was that there was no rail to get in and out of the pool. My mom is 71 and was having a hard time with that. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints! Overall it was a beautiful place and we all said we’d definitely book this property again when we come back to town.

Our own tropical getaway
Absolutely loved the home! I read every review so that there would be no surprises. I even looked at google maps of the neighborhood (yes Im that person). The neighborhood was pretty quiet, only exception was ocassional barking from the neighbors dog and minimal traffic noise. We got in super late, wish they had left the front perch light on for us, but we managed with cell phone lights. Loved the spacious layout and cleanliness of the home. The owners have put a lot of time and money into updates. The bedrooms were a nice size, especially the one with two beds. My friend raved over the full body shower heads. Loved that the flooring wasntile and vinyl. We spent most of our time in the secluded tropical oasis outback. My only words of caution are in regards to the pool. They need to label the depths and add a handrail at the steps. I could see that being a hazard. Also the addition of child locks on tops of doors, as kids could possibly venture out and fall in when no one is paying attention. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything needed for cooking. Convenience stores, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. Also the house is super close to the main drag with a Publix, loads of restaurants, more shopping and the beach all a short uber ride away. Since we got in late we didnt meet the owners, but they texted to make sure everything was ok. I would stay here again and I definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Overall good experience
The owners were extremely polite and accommodating, meeting us at the house to show us around, and were very responsive to requests during our stay. The house interior is well-kept, clean, and updated. Though it was very rainy, we spent most of the time at the house outside, either in the pool or relaxing on the covered patio. The pool itself was on the colder end. It is quite deep except at its entry point, so it’s not favorable for younger kids. The pool area is not exactly as it was in the photos; it appears older and not as well kept, furniture is different (no egg chair as pictured), plants outside the pool are overgrown, and the privacy fence is not as pictured. Street traffic is loud and the neighbor’s dog barked a lot at all hours (can’t help that). Overall, the house was nice, beds were cozy. Having laundry was extremely helpful as well!

Great place
This was a great location for us and all we planned to do while vacationing in Florida. Super close to lots of beaches and many other awesome things around the area. The house was very clean and was perfect for our teenage boys. The pool and tv’s in every room was definitely a highlight.

Great Getaway
It was a great place to relax and just enjoy the outdoors. it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Igor was very gracious , he met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house is just perfect! Kitchen was well supplied and the house was very spacious and contains everything one needs.( bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, pool floats and even a banana tree.!!! The beds were comfortable, bathroom and terrace were nice and clean. Location is close to everything and also about 5 to 10 drive to the beach. It was hard for us to leave!!This location made our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. My only negative comment would be I wished we could have stayed longer!!!! Thanks Igor and Marina for a wonderful weekend! at your home. If the opportunity arises...we definitely would comeback and also recommend to others.

Great pool and super convenient
While we were unlucky with the weather, the house is great and well stocked. The heated pool was a saving grace, and our kids really enjoyed themselves. The location is incredibly convenient- grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc within blocks and the beach is an easy, quick drive. We really appreciated all the beach chairs and gear as we flew in and couldn't bring those items with us.

Convenient and comfortable
We were very busy pleased with our stay last month. The house is huge, lots of room for the five of us plus more. Very nice pool, could use some more floats, but otherwise a very well furnished screened in porch with lots of couches, even a TV! Fully stocked kitchen. In fact, I think it's the most stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a short term rental. Not necessarily, I could not find the sugar and when I texted the host to let him know, he brought some right over. He was available and accessible and very pleasant. Great location just off of US one, a few short minutes, drive to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were nice, towels were great. There's even bikes to ride if you are so inclined. Highly recommend.
