Situated east of US-1 in Fort Lauderdale, you are within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Within a 10-15 minute drive you can enjoy numerous malls, world renowned Las Olas Boulevard, fine dining, museums, performing arts centers, golfing, tennis, fishing, paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing charters, boat rentals, concert venues, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades Cruise Port and much more…

This waterfront property offers a coastal casual décor with soft colors and textures that will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk through the door. The property features two spacious bedrooms each with an adjoining en-suite bathroom. All of the furnishing are new including the queen size pillow top beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. The family room overlooks a tropical setting and the calm waterway. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything that you will need during your vacation stay. Great spot
Stayed here for a week while attending an event. Christian was a great host. Very laid back and responsive. Not a checklist with rules in sight! On the first day our coffee maker wasn't working. Christian replaced with a new one the next morning. Enjoyed our evenings/nights hanging out by the water. Would come back for sure!

The house was tastefully appointed and the owners took the time to leave us a wonderful welcome package. All essentials were provided including paper towel. Everything was well laid out and easy to find. The check in process was simple, with no stress. Will stay there again!

Conveniently Located to Everything
We so enjoyed our stay at Tropical Waterfront for a few nights. The place was perfectly clean and had all supplies needed. Brothers and sister traveling together, so, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The location was walking distance to restaurants and we could Uber from the cruise port, to the mall, beach, airport. Overall great value for two, instead of sharing a hotel room.

We really loved the cleanliness & comfort of this property. Having bathrooms attached to bedrooms was perfect. Owner was quickly responsive when we had questions. Living areas had comfortable furniture. Patio was an awkward location having to walk through damp grass. Bathrooms very clean but some updating needed. Nice neighborhood but traffic on Rt 1 was terrible & difficult.

The whole experience of this booking was fantastic, The owner is so kind and helpful with great communication. The property itself was beautiful, absolutely gorgeously decorated and clean and tidy. Had a wonderful time relaxing out back watching the wildlife, views and looking out onto the water. Couldn’t fault anything about our experience and we would love to come back. Perfect Gem!

Great spot for fishermen with boat/trailer and truck
Nice waterfront property with ample docking space for large center console. Property has a large driveway sufficient for a 35’ trailer and a large heavy duty pickup. Location is close to several boat up restaurants with dockage and about 25 minutes from the Alsdorf Boatramp if you are launching a larger boat. Property is about midway from the Hillsboro Inlet and Port Everglades. Enjoyed the stay very much.
