Spectacular Sunsets with Direct Gulf views, Pool, 11th floor, Private Wi-Fi

Gorgeous direct beach views with beach extension of 250 feet in January 2025!! Come and enjoy the large, heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

We Provide:

Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has some shops open and soon will have multiple Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. The Fort Myers Beach Farmer’s Market has returned to Santini Plaza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry room on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

Beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from the balcony! We arrived 2 days after the storm surge from Hurricane Helene. The hosts were in regular communication ensuring the property was ready for us on arrival. The building maintenance did a fantastic job restoring the place to normal after the storm. Highly recommend!

We loved the location, the view was great! Bed was comfortable. The ac’s worked great! Really nice having a second one in the bedroom. Had all the extras we needed, which we really appreciated! Towels, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries if needed, beach umbrella and cart. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place!
Everything was wonderful! Beautiful place, awesome views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was nice to have beach chairs, towels, & a cooler to use for the beach as we are limited by traveling by motorcycle. Will definitely book this place again!

We loved our stay. The place is exactly like it looks in the photos. We saw dolphins swimming by every day. Mike, our host, responded almost immediately to all my questions before our arrival and also during our stay. Five-star host! Mostly, we brought everything we needed like Shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, after sun, lotion, aloe, etc., but we found all of the same items under the sink in the bathroom. I found everything we needed in the kitchen too. We stopped and bought our own food, but were happy to find salt, pepper, spices, etc. in the kitchen cabinet. And in the bathroom closet, all the fun stuff: beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, games. We really appreciated all the extras.

Wonderful Week on Estero Island
We had a wonderful time at the Condo. Beautiful view and a clean and well stocked unit. Very easy check-in. The owner was very helpful. The location is perfect. Fabulous Vacation!!
We had a wonderful week at Mike & Suzanne's condo. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. The condo had everything that you could need and was spotless. We appreciated the comfort of their place. Pool and beach were top notch. We would definitely like to rent their place again.

Quiet, relaxing location
The property was great for 2 people. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, and the pool area was nice. The property was far enough away from all of the crowds and traffic of Time Square, but close enough to other dining options within walking distance. The building was super quiet when we were there, which made a short wait for the elevator!

Condo paradise
The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

Great place to get away and relax
Every year my sister and I take a beach vacation to just get away and relax. This condo was the perfect place. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.) The beach was quiet easy to get to, just a short walk down the path. We would definately stay at this condo again.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time. The condo was very clean. It was one of the best stocked places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. I enjoyed the bird book and used it a lot to identify birds we saw that day. The view was wonderful. We watched sunsets and dolphins from the balcony. Thank you for letting us stay.
