Located at Sanibel Harbour, this 2nd floor corner condo with L-shape wrap-around lania is the perfect get- away spot for relaxing at the beach and pool and enjoying all that the Florida Gulf coast has to offer.

Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian.
POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment!

Guests also have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.

This 2bedroom/2bathroom condo has been renovated with high end finishings including marble tiling, glass tiles, high end granite, 2 beautiful walk-in showers, separate luxurious bathtub...

Kitchen is fitted with bespoke cabinets and large marble counter top. Well-stocked with cooking pots, pans...glassware, plates... Even beach/water views from the kitchen.

Bosch washing machine and dryer installed in 2021.

Queen size leather sleeper sofa installed in 2021 along with 2 comfortable arm chairs. Large wall mounted tv.
Desk and desk chair positioned in corner space provides some dedicated work space when needed.

Master bedroom has a king size bed (new bed & mattress - 2021) with direct access to terrace with beach views.
En-suite bathroom is luxuriously styled with walk-in shower and separate bathtub.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed (new mattress - 2020) and also benefits from another en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

As a corner unit, this condo benefits from a screen-enclosed L-shape wrap-around lania terrace providing greater terrace space. Two ceiling fans on the terrace to provide a breeze when nature does not.

Located at the quietest end of the building with beach /water views and tropical trees & plants giving a deserted island feel. Prefect place to for relaxation and tranquility.

Located in the 2nd floor this condo can be access via the 2 elevators that service the building or the stairwell. Building lobby was fully refurbished in 2020.

Pool (heated) and hot tub are located along the beach approximately 30 yards from the building lobby doors. Pool, hot tub and private beach are for the exclusive use of owners and rental guests (free of charge).
Barbecue on site. Free parking.

Property is managed by an onsite property management company to ensure the perfect experience.

We are located at Sanibel Harbour Resort, the gateway to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach and share the resort with the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa. The Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond Resort and has six distinctive restaurants and lounges to choose from and a spa services with a dedicated spa facility. Access to the hotel amenities (gym, tennis courts, workout classes, additional pools...) is possible via a Guest Pass (subject to fee and availability).

On the grounds are a number of restaurants, sports equipment rental shop, fishing pier, extensive jogging/walking trial winding through the resort grounds.

Great condo with a view of the intercostal!
Nice place to stay with a big pool and a beach (with shady areas) right there! It’s a comfortable condo close to Sanibel. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! The lanai is screened with a two sided lovely view. The decor is a little dated but didn’t detract from enjoying our visit!

Great View!
Our stay was wonderful. The condo has a magnificent view of the Gulf. The location is minutes from Sanibel where there are wonderful beaches and restaurants. Hurricane Ian had a disastrous impact on the area but things are starting to come back.

We enjoyed our few days at Punta Rassa. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to enjoy some meals in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony and watching all of the watercraft move through the area. Nicely decorated and great place to relax.

Overall fine
Love the location and the dolphins that swim by daily! Very quiet and peaceful spot. Only noise are the repairs going on after hurricane Ian. Because the condo is on the north side of the building, the floors were cold. An area rug in the living room and a couple rugs by the master bed would be really great!

Perfect sunsets!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and everything was as promised. The view of the sunset was amazing every night. We even got to do some fishing from the beach, thank you for having fishing poles there, the bait shack is just around the corner. Would definitely go back!

Great stay in Sanibel harbor
Even though the region is still suffering from hurricane Ian, we had a fabulous time! It was a low-key, relaxing vacation. We loved the little beach outside the condo. And Marriott has replaced all of their vegetation, so it is beautiful. I think VRBO put the star for the location in a goofy spot. Just note this is on the other side of the causeway from Sanabel island. Beautiful place! We would stay here again!

You won’t regret this property!
We stayed at the condo for a long weekend. There were 4 adults and we all had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great! We loved the unique kitchen island and had plenty of seating to watch movies at night. The best part however, was the view. Loved the corner deck with the great view of the water and sunsets. We spent a couple days on beach chairs at the beach as well. Very happy with our stay.

Interestingly decorated. Loved the screened porch. Dishwasher had issues, we had to unplug it or flip the breaker to make it start. Kitchen was well equipped but storage was not how I would have done it.

Some things that should be pointed out. Ice maker did not dispense. No hot water in shower. Master sink does not drain. Very cheap bed sheets and very cheap pillows. Other than that nice location. Also possible bugs from somewhere we stayed in just the condo and had bites all over arms and legs.

Flight was late . Finding room , was past 10 and the next day we got a call to much noise on balco.
Next for a family , or more the 4 people . Only the 4 bar stools - can’t play cards or even have breakfast together . Livjorm. Furniture 6 can’t set in room together. Dryer not with using . Loud and has to run all day . ( but if you want clean towels you have too . ) . Beach not really a beach . And pool closed at dusk ( maybe could use till 7 ) so forget about going in hot tub , never go to this location !

Great View, that is all...
We were so excited for this vacation. Check in process was easy, view was definitely great and the apartment on first look seemed like it would be great. Unfortunately, for our family it wasn't a fit and we won't be back. One of the things we were really looking forward to was using the hot tub in the evenings and mornings (we tend to spend the days at the beach or adventuring) it was closed during those times! There were tiny bugs all over the condo so we had to be vigilant about keeping even a cracker on a plate put away if you weren't actively eating.. There were no and I mean NO condiments etc available which for us was new. We have used many VRBO properties and always had some assortment of things that were available for use. It was even to the point there was only ONE trash bag. Don't try to dry things it's an all day process and the dishwasher does not clean. Master Bedroom was hot to sleep in and we thought no problem there are two fans in the closet, neither work! As far as management communication, they did respond but they were snotty and not kind. Kind of threw a fit about me talking to them about the bugs and asking for trashbags. She sent someone to leave some who lied and said there were already bags there. Nope, there weren't and you arguing with me instead of just offering bags kindly made quite the difference with our feeling of being at home there. In all, I would say yes the view is great, the beach is very short so don't plan on walking the beach and don't plan on using the hotel next door for exercise we tried that multiple days and they were never available. If you don't want to cook a lot and don't want access to hot tub in the mornings and evenings it was fine.
