Direct Beach Front/Best View of Gulf Remodeled Pointe Santo E36 Sanibel

Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom. Sunrise and sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November, December and January, during the other months our guests head to the beach for the beautiful views.

Features include linens for all beds, extra bed pillows, bath and beach towels, makeup mirror, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, full size washer and dryer, three smart televisions, stereo, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans and hotel quality internet.

Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Additional kitchen items include a wide slice toaster, combo drip coffee maker and Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender, juicer, waffle maker, crockpot along with a full complement of kitchen utensils. Everything you need at your fingertips to prepare beverages, snacks and all of your meals. Tall cabinet in kitchen holds beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys and beach cooler.

Seating for four at the dining table, along with two stools at the kitchen island and two chairs at the other kitchen counter.

In the living room there is a 65 inch Sony smart television, stereo, ample comfortable seating, puzzles, books and games.

In the master ensuite there is a 50 inch smart TV and a tray ceiling with separate reading lights above the king bed. The Kingsdown luxury mattress has an electrically controlled head incline/decline. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has two sinks with granite countertops and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area with a long stand up shower that includes a stationary rainhead and a shower wand and also an in-shower full width bench seat.

The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin size bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom includes a cabinet with a granite countertop and a marble bathtub/shower.

Lanai/balcony includes a table and four (4) chairs, a padded adjustable recliner chair and a ceiling fan.

Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 4 (master king, guest queen and twin).

Our 3rd floor condo is located directly on the beach and has a designated off-street parking space located close to the E building walkway, stairs and elevator.

All condos, including lanais, walkways and property at Pointe Santo are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping.

Pointe Santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool, hot tub and lounge chairs (all estimated to be available in March). Tennis/pickleball courts with complimentary rackets (available soon) for loan at the office (Mon-Fri). Estimated to be available later in the year are tiki huts with seating, gas grills, lounge chairs and umbrellas along the grass edge of the beach, beach volleyball and cornhole all making for a lovely and fun oceanfront stay.

Please note Pointe Santo is still in the recovery mode from Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton and as such is undergoing landscaping, and construction to include a new pool pavilion (the pool has been renovated and scheduled to be open in late March or early April) and a new administrative/children's program building (the former F building). We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time as we continue to get Pointe Santo up to its normal excellent resort standards. Owners are allowed to complete minor repairs throughout the year, however, material improvements can only take place from August through November. Also, please be aware that algal blooms (commonly called Red Tide) may occur for unspecified periods of time.
