"The neighborhood and grounds were beautiful. The setting along the river was sublime.We were greeted by the owner and met the housekeeper who helped us immediately with soap etc for the unit.All was promising until we went to the unit. While I understand these are very old cottages, the cottages have NOT been maintained to a habitable condition. We stayed only because we had no where else to go. "Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"Ordering the room, communication and unlocking the door on the first try was a very easy process. The room and property was exactly what I expected it to be. The location and proximity to local restaurants, bars, shops and activities was perfect. Our experience overall could not have been better. We had a wonderful time and would certainly do it again.
