"Very friendly staff, a lot of extra charges, surprisingly for parking on their lot - not open about free parking across the street, plumbing in the room was leaking. The coffee machine was only accessible for a couple of hours a day. "

"Greetings... Stayed with you "again" from 3-3 to 3-7. Would like to give you some compliments & as well as a few issues... * First off, love the location of your property in Pt. Loma!! * General area is very walkable without a car. * Room #110 was perfect. Close to breakfast & the ice machine/laundry. * Additionally, room was on the ground floor as I requested (my knees thank you)!! * Love the shower head & water pressure. * Microwave & frig are a welcome bonus & appreciated. * Bed was comfortable & I love all the pillows!! * An actual "bigger" screen TV which was another bonus. * Thank you for the "welcome" gifts at check in time. * The female desk clerk who checked me in around 2:00pm was FABULOUS!! * Check in was professional & quick/easy. * Since I was working in the room during the day for my entire stay, I appreciated the "quiet" atmosphere!! * Also appreciated the return of my $100 deposit "much sooner" than during past stays!! Now for some issues: * The entrance door latch needs to be secured better. It's loose. * Light bulb over the coffee counter needs to be replaced. * Bathroom sink drains very slowly, so It needs maintenance. ***Main issue of concern: WIFI...Throughout the week, WIFI would disconnect often. "The area, property were great but to get into our door my 6’3 250lb man had to push it open with his shoulders, the bathroom sink smelled horrible when it’s running & brushing my teeth was worrisome when you smell it & you’re using that water in our mouth, got the balcony top floor thinking I’d have Marina views like the picture, it was the parking lot & street & the AC made a loud stretch every time… the location did save the lower rating because it’s quiet and beautiful, just needs a few fixings"

"Everyone associated with the property, from the front desk personnel, cleaning people, breakfast staff and shuttle drivers were truly perfection. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast changed daily with great choices, with both traditional and local cuisine. The grounds were neat and the property was clean. "
