"We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix."

"Evening crew at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our room (on the 5th floor) leaked in the rain, creating a puddle in the floor. We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms. Another event in the convention center closed the internal entrance from the hotel, forcing us outside through the rain with no awning and no signage directing the way as we ran more...

"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Very clean, awesome hot breakfast, great facilities (we really liked the pool area, fitness center, and basketball court). The room had a ceiling fan, which is a rare feature in a hotel. The only thing I didn't love is that they only clean your room every other day. If i stay there again, I will request that they at least bring extra towels and washcloths, plus toilet paper daily (and take away the dirty towels). "
