As the previous reviews show, this property won't suit everyone. We expected to have 9 at the house, but in the midst of the airline meltdown of 2022, my son and his family sadly did not make it. It probably would have been crowded, especially since the advertised futon was actually not present (along with the welcoming bottle of wine and the coffee). But the house was comfortable enough for the 5 of us and for the other family members who visited the first evening we were there. The random opened and partially used food in the frig and elsewhere was disconcerting, though having a few spices was helpful. What was very amusing was that everywhere we looked there was something broken: yard lamps in front, weather stripping hanging under the door, a lamp missing a leg, a ceiling light that didn't turn on, broken cup handle, gas range that worked but didn't have a low setting, coffee maker with broken lid hinges, two closets with lots of broken chairs and at least one more broken lamp. But there were plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, and Terri was always responsive and helpful, so it was a good stay on the whole.
