"Room was large, very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very fast annd efficient. Our room faced the street and we could hear vehicles driving by during the night. Other rooms not facing the road might be quieter. No restaurants or food service on the property and it’s a bit of a walk to the restaurants. "

"The check in is SO confusing. We checked in at the castle up the road. They stated we were in the cottage so we went to the cottage which did not have our room number. We went back to the castle and they finally told us to go to the pub and the room was above it. Great room, 2 bathrooms!"

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were able to check in a bit earlier and there was no issue. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean with the most stunning views. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the owner couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. We stayed 2 nights and climbed Ben Nevis and the room had been cleaned before we returned. "Incredibly beautiful property. Appears to be recently renovated as everything was updated and gorgeous. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommendation was made for a restaurant: Roam West, which is just up the road. Don’t look anywhere else for dinner. I had the best steamed mussels of anywhere I’ve eaten and my wife had an incredible fish and chips. This house is wonderful, just a short drive from Fort Mason"
